Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you complete command over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
